- Nível de compatibilidade: Mostrar as pontuações de compatibilidade dos usuários com as ofertas de emprego com base nas informações do seu perfil e mostrar os candidatos com a compatibilidade mais elevada para as suas ofertas de emprego;
- Recomendações personalizadas: Sugerir conteúdos, vagas de emprego e cursos nos quais os usuários possam estar mais interessados, com base nas suas interações com a plataforma.
- Identificação de padrões: Mostrar aos usuários conteúdos, ofertas de emprego e cursos semelhantes àqueles com que estão interagindo atualmente.
- Tendências e popularidade: Destacar itens de tendências que receberam mais interações nas últimas horas.
- Análise de CV com tecnologia de IA: Extração e estruturação automática de informações relevantes de currículos para facilitar a avaliação de candidatos, garantindo um processo de recrutamento mais eficiente e preciso.

- A plataforma não é responsável pelas negociações e transações efetuadas entre os seus utilizadores.
- A Qibit não se responsabiliza por indisponibilidades de rede. A plataforma esforça-se por manter a disponibilidade contínua e permanente da Aplicação, estando, no entanto, sujeita a eventos extraordinários como catástrofes naturais, falhas ou colapsos nos sistemas centrais de comunicação e acesso à Internet ou eventos de terceiros que estejam fora da sua vigilância e responsabilidade.
- A plataforma Qibit não se responsabiliza por quaisquer danos, perdas ou prejuízos causados aos dispositivos móveis dos utilizadores por falhas de sistema, problemas de servidor ou de ligação à Internet, ainda que resultantes da ação de terceiros, incluindo software malicioso como vírus, trojans e outros que possam, de alguma forma, danificar o equipamento ou a ligação dos utilizadores em virtude do acesso, utilização ou navegação na plataforma, bem como a transferência de dados, arquivos, imagens, textos, áudios ou vídeos nela contidos.
- Os pedidos de atualização ou eliminação de dados devem ser apresentados ao Encarregado de Proteção de Dados, através do endereço brazil.lgpd@gigroup.com, conforme consta da Política de Privacidade.
Terms of Use and General Conditions
These Terms of Use set forth the rules and general conditions applicable to the use of services provided through the digital platform Qibit, registered under CNPJ number 10.907.345/0001-87, with headquarters at Dr. Fernandes Coelho Street, 85 – 05423-040, 6th Floor, Part A, São Paulo/SP – Brazil.
The platform aims to facilitate interactions between its users, whether they are candidates, mentors, students, or recruiters, by enabling the intermediation of services available on the platform.
This document is mandatory and binding for all individuals who wish to register and/or use the platform. Therefore, if the terms outlined below are not accepted, the use of the platform will not be possible.
In addition to the Terms of Use and General Conditions described here, the Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at the link, vs an integral part of the rules established between Qibit platform and its users. This policy defines the rules and procedures for the collection, processing, sharing, and use of personal data.
Qibit values the confidentiality and privacy of the personal data processed, committing to comply with the current legislation, especially Brazilian Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/18).
The platform reserves the right to update the rules, terms of use, general conditions, and privacy terms whenever necessary, disclosing them through this same channel. It is the user’s responsibility to stay informed and updated.
- Purpose of Qibit Platform
The purpose of Qibit platform is to provide a tool for recruitment and selection activities, mentorship, assessment and articles services, as well as free courses created by the application’s own users, including candidates, mentors, students, or hiring companies, as well as third parties contracted by them.
The application serves as an environment for connection and exchange among users, with no responsibility for the content offered by them.
- Registration
Registration on the platform can be done by individuals of legal age and/or legal entities, with both cases requiring users to have the legal capacity to contract under Brazilian laws.
By registering on Qibit, your profile will be added to the candidate database jointly managed by QIBIT, GI GROUP, GI BPO, GRAFTON and WYSER, all companies belonging to the GI GROUP HOLDING group. Users must provide accurate information and commit to updating their data whenever necessary. The user is responsible for the accuracy of their personal data and may be asked to provide proof to confirm their identity and prevent potential fraud.
Users should access their account through the email (login) and password registered on the platform, committing not to share this information with third parties. The account is for personal and non-transferable use.
Qibit reserves the right to refuse a registration request or suspend a previously accepted registration that is not in compliance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
Finally, user data may be integrated into internal systems, such as Spinner and/or admission systems, enabling the provision of the offered services. This migration ensures that candidate information is efficiently utilized in recruitment and selection processes, ensuring continuity and improvement of the services provided.
- Personal Information
Qibit platform utilizes the personal data and information provided by users to understand their needs and interests, with the aim of offering a targeted service. If users choose to share such information, the platform ensures that it will be used exclusively to strengthen the relationship and will not be disclosed to third parties, except for the hiring entities involved in the opportunities for which the user has chosen, by free will, to apply, demonstrating a commitment to the trust placed by users.
To customize its services, users may be invited to provide optional information about their personal interests, professional background, and family composition. The collection of this data occurs only after the user has read relevant statements and given their prior consent.
- Data Processing
Qibit offers users the option to receive various information to complement their core business, such as job offers, services, and promotional communications. Users can subscribe to receive specific information, such as new services, events, training, and market research. However, the option not to receive communications does not apply to support management, security notices, or data updates.
Qibit ensures that the personal information collected is not used for purposes other than those stated in the data collection. To not receive specific communications, users can choose to click on the opt-out link at any time. Some services are linked to third-party agencies, allowing the sharing of personal data for job offers, commercial communications, and payment for reward programs.
Within the context of contracts established between Qibit and third-party service providers, such as those related to cloud storage, it is required that these service companies and their respective employees maintain the confidentiality of the information received.
The use of the platform is free. However, Qibit reserves the right to change this procedure at any time and start charging for services, with prior notice of any charges.
Finally, it is worth noting that personal data will be retained on the platform for a period of 30 (thirty) months, renewable for an equal period, upon the express and unequivocal manifestation of its users. If these data remain on the platform, they will be used to identify compatibilities and offer opportunities within Qibit ecosystem, depending on the availability of platform services.
- User Interaction on the Platform
5.1 Qibit platform acts as a provider of solutions to facilitate interaction between companies and candidates. Qibit is not legally responsible for approving, monitoring, or editing the content of job postings by companies or intervening in communications between companies and candidates.
5.2 Qibit disclaims responsibility for the content and communications established between companies and candidates, with the company being solely responsible for job postings and communications. By registering, the user is aware that Qibit cannot be held responsible for losses and damages resulting from negotiations between users.
5.3. Users are solely responsible for their actions on the Platform, and Qibit is not liable for any conduct adopted by them. However, if any violation of human rights by a user is identified, Qibit may permanently revoke their access to the Platform, without prejudice to other applicable measures in accordance with the law.
5.4 The platform reserves the right to not publish and to delete, without prior notice or obligation of compensation, content submitted by users that involves defamation, pornographic material, racist practices, bullying, copyright infringement, unauthorized use of trademarks, incitement to crimes, actions contrary to the law, violence, inappropriate commercial activity on the platform, and content susceptible to errors. Users are urged to strictly adhere to these guidelines, acknowledging that a violation may result in the removal of content without prior notice.
5.5 Contents submitted by users and published on Qibit Platform should not be interpreted as the opinion of Qibit, nor as an endorsement of what has been published. Users are entirely responsible for the content they submit to the platform.
- Intellectual Property
Any and all patents, trademarks, industrial designs or models, plans, designs, know-how (registered or not), utility models, innovative products, source codes, programs, software, strategic planning, or other intellectual property related to the services offered by the Platform and other provided content are the exclusive property of Qibit.
Some articles and courses may be the property of their respective authors. Qibit does not claim ownership over these materials and will not provide any payment or compensation to the authors for their articles, which are published voluntarily by their own choice.
- Confidentiality and Privacy
All non-public information obtained due to the provision or use of Qibit platform, including but not limited to any technical, commercial, legal, trade secrets, know-how, and technology-related information, service methodologies, management processes, clients, personal and sensitive data of individuals, business plans, promotional activities, marketing, economic and financial activities, shall be considered confidential information. It must be kept confidential, not disclosed, and shared with third parties, except for its employees and representatives, who must be instructed regarding such confidentiality obligations.
If, due to a court order or requirement from a competent government authority (judicial, arbitration, or administrative), there is an obligation to disclose confidential information, Qibit or the user must immediately inform the other party of such obligation so that it can assess the protective measure and the reasonableness of the request.
Users expressly consent to the processing of their personal and sensitive personal data provided in the registration of Qibit platform, whose purpose of collection is precisely to enable the use of the services offered, through prior and unequivocal consent.
Qibit ensures that it has the necessary technical measures to protect data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized access, and disclosure. It also guarantees that the environment used for processing is structured to meet security requirements, good governance practices, and principles outlined in LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and other applicable regulatory standards.
In the event of security incidents involving confidential information, including personal and sensitive data related to the subject of this agreement, the user will be notified within 48 (forty-eight) hours after identifying the incident, providing clarifications on what happened, and the measures taken to resolve or mitigate the problem.

- Use of Artificial Intelligence
The Platform utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance user experience and optimize recruitment and selection processes. AI-powered features include:
- Compatibility Level: Displaying users’ compatibility scores with job openings based on their profile information and showing candidates with the highest compatibility for their vacancies.
• Personalized Recommendations: Suggesting content, job openings, and courses that users are likely to be most interested in, based on their interactions with the platform. - Pattern Identification: Showing users content, job openings, and courses similar to those they are currently engaging with.
• Trends and Popularity: Highlighting trending items that have received the most interactions in recent hours. - AI-Powered CV Parsing: Automatically extracting and structuring relevant information from resumes to facilitate candidate evaluation, ensuring a more efficient and accurate recruitment process.
Thus, the use of Artificial Intelligence on the Platform aims to make the user experience more agile, efficient, and personalized. Through intelligent recommendations and predictive analyses, AI helps candidates find opportunities and content that best align with their professional profile and interests while assisting recruiters in identifying top talent for their job openings. As a result, the Platform fosters more accurate connections between professionals and companies, optimizing the recruitment process and making it more dynamic, strategic, and inclusive.
- Cookies
A “cookie” is a small data file transferred from a website to the visitor’s computer hard drive. Qibit uses cookies to customize information, services, and analyze traffic pattern. There are temporary cookies, which are deleted after leaving the site, and permanent cookies, which remain on the computer. Cookies facilitate navigation, customization, and record-keeping, allowing tracking of requested services. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but preferences can be configured to decline them. Disabling cookies may affect the availability of functions on the site and the correct display of web pages.
General Conditions
- 1. The platform is not responsible for negotiations and transactions carried out between its users.
- Qibit is not liable for network unavailability. The platform endeavors to maintain continuous and permanent availability of the Application, subject, however, to extraordinary events such as natural disasters, failures, or collapses in central communication systems and internet access or third-party events that are beyond its surveillance and responsibility.
- Qibit platform is not responsible for any damage, loss, or harm to users’ mobile devices caused by system failures, server issues, or internet connection problems, even if resulting from the actions of third parties, including malicious software such as viruses, trojans, and others that may, in some way, damage users’ equipment or connection due to platform access, use, or navigation, as well as the transfer of data, files, images, texts, audios, or videos contained therein.
- Requests for data updates or deletion must be submitted to the Data Protection Officer at brazil.lgpd@gigroup.com, as stated in the Privacy Policy.
